About

“Jack of All Trades Master of None….”

Originally born in Europe and raised in Texas, I turned to welding to get out in the world, hoping to weld my way to law school. After completing UNLV's Hotel Administration (HOA) bachelors, I was at the gates, and found the dream of law school didn’t match reality. I pivoted, spending two years in the Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) program and worked corporate auditing. Ultimately, I returned to the HOA program for my Master’s, finding a better fit.

While law & accounting weren’t the long-term career paths I expected, each step taught me valuable lessons. Preparing for the LSAT sharpened critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. My time in accounting gave me great IT skills and a base understanding of auditing IT systems under NGCB compliance.

My strongest areas are writing, research, and presenting. While winning over $10k in scholarships, the extensive use of research databases sharpened my ability to break down complex information clearly.

If you’re a specialist who’s stuck, a business needing support, or if you need white-collar skills in general, let’s get it done.. I don’t work for people—I work with them.

Writing

Whether the writing is technical, content, or creative, writing has been a consistent strength shown over the years either being at the graduate level, for businesses or individuals.

Research

If you need information to make decisions, or help condensing complex topics to make them clear, research and presentation is where I can help. Whatever your topic is, information will be pulled from journals, articles, newspapers, websites, databases, people in the field, and the institutions themselves. Here is an example case study:

IT Support

Even though the MSA program and Corporate Auditing weren’t for me, my IT skills are no worse for it. Those years spent on calculations, NGCB governance, and years of certifications on linked in learning took my IT skills to another level. There was advanced excel courses, power query, scripting PDFs, exposure to Tableau & Alteryx, and even knitted code chunks in R studio. We built financial models with WSO and Dr. Wendy Sell-Tietz courses, along with attending ISACA events for IT audit. I am versed enough to help take the tedious, redundant work off others to free them on bigger projects.
